Cancel or reschedule an appointment

The only thing we ask is if you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, let us know no later then 8am the business day before your appointment. We charge a $30 fee to compensate for lost work and time that could have been used on other cleanings. We understand emergencies come up but the cancel/reschedule compensation applies regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Referral Program

What about tipping the cleaners?

Feel free to tip. Those small things go a long way in a cleaners day. Tip them in cash or let us know and we will charge via your credit card. Any tip you give 100% goes to the crews.

What don't we clean or do?

We have heard it all! As does every good reputable company should have, our limits are to ensure safety and prevent breaking items. Please read the following.

Curl Cleaning DOES NOT:

  • clean areas we can not reach using a 2-step ladder or our extendable equipment
  • clean inside china cabinets or cabinets with valuable items
  • do laundry
  • remove trash from property over 10 lbs
  • move furniture
  • do carpet cleaning
  • clean areas with a high number of items on the surface
  • do medical or biohazard cleanup
  • do construction clean up
  • clean up after pets
  • clean bed bug infested properties
  • hoarder houses we do on a case by case and charge extra

Appointment Reminders

We need a cell phone number on file to send text message reminders. Reminders are text the day before your cleaning appointment along with a one-hour arrival window.

How many cleaners are sent?

Two cleaners are in a crew. Sometimes we send one or three depending on the job requirement.

Is Curl Cleaning licensed and insured?

Yes, Curl Services LLC is licensed and insured.

When do you charge for the cleaning?

We charge your credit/debit card 1-2 days after the cleaning.

Do I need to be home for my cleaning?

No, just as long as we have a way in to clean your home. Please ensure we have gate codes, key location, etc. for our cleaning crews. We do not accept or carry keys.

Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?

No. We come to your house fully equipped to clean. We are flexible and will use any of your products or equipment if needed, but prefer to use what we have to clean as efficient as possible.

If you are not happy with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we will send out a different team to resolve your concern. If you are still not happy, we will refund up to the entire service price.
